All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

• All returned/exchanged items must be returned unwound, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are included in the original packaging. 
• Please contact us for the return/exchange form before you start the return process.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return & Exchange Process


Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at Bqyoom@outlook.com to request an exchange/return form.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.

Step 3:

1. a) Refund shall be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer and may take 1 to 2 weeks to process the bank's refund.
2. b) The new package will be shipped out once we receive and confirm the return package.

Cancellation

Normally, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours, even within several hours.

If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need to take a 10% charge for the cancellation fee which includes handling and restock.
